The Arctic Domain Awareness Center – Addressing Rapid Changes through Technology, Innovation, and Collaboration (ADAC-ARCTIC), a Department of Homeland Security Center of Excellence led by the University of Alaska Anchorage, is seeking proposals for research projects that address challenges faced by DHS in the Arctic domain. Additional details can be found here.

Proposed projects should produce tangible research and education results for use by DHS, other government agencies, communities, non-profit organizations, industry, and other relevant entities across the homeland security enterprise. Research results should include tools, technologies, and knowledge products (e.g., best practices, resource guides, case studies) for use in improving homeland security operations, decision-making, and policy at all levels of government.

To prepare applicants for this RFP, ADAC-ARCTIC is hosting a one-hour informational session on Friday, August 9, on Zoom (details below). The webinar will be recorded and available for later viewing on adacarctic.com. 30-minute consultations are also available until August 26, 2024. Visit the ADAC-ARCTIC website to schedule. The deadline for submissions is Monday, September 2, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. AKDT. Please submit all documents using the ADAC-ARCTIC submission portal.
