Call for Science Community Meetings at ASSW 2022 (Due Sep 30)

Matthew Druckenmiller August 31, 2021

The International Arctic Science Committee (IASC) is currently inviting requests for business and community meetings at Arctic Science Summit Week (ASSW) 2022 in Tromso, Norway.

Please fill out this form to request an in-person and/or online space. The application deadline is 30 September 2021, and a draft program is expected to be ready in mid-November.

During ASSW 2022, there will be three main days dedicated to IASC & Arctic business and science community meetings (26-28 March), but if necessary, meetings and workshops can also take place during the Science Day (29 March) and the 6th Arctic Observing Summit (AOS 2022) (30 March - 1 April). The entire Arctic community is encouraged to use ASSW as a venue for bringing together their organizations, collaborations, and teams. ASSW organizers provide the logistical support and your meeting attendees only have to register for ASSW2022 and show up. Because ASSW 2022 will be organized as a hybrid conference, both opportunities for in-person and online meetings will be offered.
