July 3, 2014
By Sandy Starkweather

A first draft of the MOSAiC Science Plan is available for download at http://www.mosaicobservatory.org/ This draft has been developed by the MOSAiC Science Plan writing team during 2013-2014. The intention with posting the draft now is to provide the opportunity for broader community comment and input into the document. While many of the key ideas and design elements are currently included, this document is still very much a DRAFT and is open to modification. Important additions are needed and certain sections still must be written. Community input will be incorporated by the writing team during the late summer / fall of 2014 resulting in a first full version of the document. Future changes will also be made based on future developments, logistical constraints, input from funding agencies, etc. To provide input: * This comment period is open through 1 September 2014 * Please refer to line numbers and/or section numbers when possible * Send all comments via email to: matthew.shupe (at) noaa.gov
