By Jessica Rohde

Key Findings and Recommendations from IARPC Team Leader's Workshop [PDF] are now publicly available. This presentation provides a summary of the key findings and recommendations from last November's IARPC Collaborations Team Leaders Workshop.  The workshop was co-chaired by Martin Jeffries and Carl Markon and attended by 17 teams leads as well as the IARPC Executive Director Simon Stephenson, NSF Arctic Division Director Eric Salzman and the IARPC Secretariat.

Team Leads discussed how to enhance collaboration within and among teams to enhance implementation of the Arctic Research Plan.  They considered current team successes in order to define best practices and viewed their teams through a network lens to explore ways to build more robust partnerships with key entities.
