Admiral Papp on the U.S. Chairmanship of the Arctic Council in EOS

The appointed U.S. special representative for the Arctic, Admiral Robert Papp, spoke at the 6 November meeting of the Polar Research Board of the National Academies in Washington, D.C. At this meeting, attended by the IARPC Secretariat, he detailed the proposed agenda for the 2 year U.S. chairmanship of the Arctic Council beginning April 2015.
