The next annual Workshop on the Dynamics and Mass Budget of Arctic Glaciers & Network on Arctic Glaciology (NAG) meeting will be held in Hafjell, Norway, 8-10 February 2027, a small ski resort close to Lillehammer, Norway.
We welcome contributions on all aspects of glacier mass change and dynamics in the Arctic, including the Greenland Ice Sheet, including field observations, remote sensing and modelling. The meeting will also include a special cross-cutting activity on broadly focused on water including but is not limited to the following topics: Rain and melt on glaciers - meteorological drivers, the role of water in glacier dynamics and fast glacier flow, glacier runoff and freshwater influx to the oceans, and glacier outburst floods.
Thanks to funding from the , we anticipate that there will be no registration fee. Additionally, we are pleased to offer travel support for a selection of early-career scientists.
Registration, abstract submission and application of travel support will open in September.
