This panel discussion on successfully applying for graduate and postdoctoral fellowships was cohosted by IARPC's Early Career Community of Practice and the US Association of Polar Early Career Scientists (USAPECS).

The meeting  included a discussion with several panelists who have either received fellowships (Alexia Kubas, Cornell University; Tasha Snow, Colorado School of Mines) or have experience organizing, reviewing, and administering fellowships for NSF (@Lisa Rom) and NASA (@Kaitlin Harbeck). The discussion was open to questions from the audience, with hopes of fostering knowledge transfer to individuals applying for upcoming fellowships. This meeting targets early career stages, but also holds relevance for more senior personnel advising early career scientists through the application process.
